Two-storey HDB shophouse at Bukit Merah Central for sale at $2.55 mil

As HDB shophouses are considered business real estate, the shophouse will be eligible for purchase by immigrants. However, more purchaser’s stamp obligation will most likely be payable on the property’s housing part, while the business element will be subject to the goods and services taxation.

The shophouse is completely tenanted and are going to be offered with its existing tenancies. The ground floor is leased to a Domino’s Pizza dining establishment until 2026, while the top ground is leased to a non commercial tenant up until 2027.
