Loft apartment at The Crest up for auction at $2.65 mil

Based on the caveats lodged, this is the 3rd time that the residential property has been put up for sale. It was initially offered in 2018 for $2.43 million ($ 1,832 psf).

Completed in 2017, The Crest is a 99-year leasehold condominium project presenting 469 units spread throughout three 23-storey towers and four low-rise, five-storey blocks. It was once again installed for auction in March with a price of $2.65 million ($ 2,002 psf). Having said that, neither auction brought in any kind of purchasers.
The apartment is a six-minute step to Redhill MRT Terminal on the East-West Line. It is even within strolling range of the Alexandra Linear Park Connection and Redhill Market at Redhill Lane. The Crescent Girls’ School at Tanglin Roadway is just within 500m of the building.
