Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

Coliwoo prepares to open additional co-living real estates in various areas next year, including River Valley Road, Rangoon Road, Balestier Roadway, Lavender Street and Arab Street.

Coliwoo has begun its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey establishment at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand, a co-living subsidiary among the realty management solutions group LHN Group, revealed in its statement last September that it had obtained the Pasir Panjang real estate for $30 million.

The rooms on the Pasir Panjang property are created with nautical motifs, incorporating light grey tones and lively aquatic blue color choice to reflect the coastal associations of the area. All rooms are self-contained studio units with help services, consisting of a self-service mobile application, an onsite attendant and housekeeping.

The Pasir Panjang Road real estate covers 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the place of the Pasir Panjang Inn lodging, the team obtained the building vacant.

The brand-new property is less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and approximately 1km from Curtin University. Placed for ease of access, it is a short drive from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD using Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. The location also uses nearness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
